The Environmental Justice Journalism Initiative (EJJI) empowers communities to play an active role in environmental justice initiatives within their neighborhoods. Based in Baltimore, our mission is to facilitate connections between community members and the environmental challenges they face, fostering collaboration and advocacy toward sustainable, equitable solutions.

EJJI is committed to amplifying local voices and ensuring that communities have a say in the environmental justice landscape. By building strong, informed, and connected communities, EJJI aims to create a healthier and more just environment for all.
